Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-10-07. Last updated 7 October 2026
1. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to every business, nonprofit and person who uses OneSend, and to everyone they let into their account. OneSend is a product of Delcaro Media, Kitchener, British Columbia, Canada.
OneSend writes social media posts from the material you send us. It then publishes them to the accounts you connect, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. This policy is part of the OneSend Terms of Service. If this policy and the Terms disagree, this policy applies to how you use the service. Our Privacy Policy says how we handle your information.
You must be at least 18, and you must have the authority to act for the business or group whose accounts you connect.
2. What you must not post
You must not use OneSend to make, send or publish material that:
- Breaks a law of Canada, of British Columbia, or of the place where you or your audience live.
- Is false or misleading about a product, price, service, result or offer. This includes fake reviews, fake testimonials and fake before-and-after photos.
- Pretends to be another person, business, government body or brand.
- Says or suggests that a sponsor, partner or other Page supports you when they do not.
- Uses photos, video, music, logos or text that you do not own and do not have permission to use.
- Shows a person in a photo or video without their consent where consent is needed. You must never post a photo of a child without permission from a parent or guardian.
- Shares another person's private information, such as a home address, phone number, health details or ID numbers, without their consent.
- Threatens, harasses or bullies a person, or encourages violence against a person or group.
- Attacks people because of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or another protected ground.
- Is sexual content.
- Sells or promotes drugs, weapons, tobacco, vaping products, cannabis or alcohol in a way that the law or the platform does not allow.
- Promotes gambling, lending, investments or other services that the law or the platform does not allow, or promises a result that nobody can promise.
- Gives medical, legal or financial advice as fact, or makes health claims about a product that the law does not allow.
- Is election or political advertising without the authorization line and other details that the law asks for.
- Is spam. This includes the same post again and again, links that trick people, and commercial messages sent without consent.
- Contains a virus or malware, or links to a site that steals data or money.
3. Your material and your rights
You send us notes, links, documents, photos and videos. We call this your material. You must have the right to use all of it.
- If you send a photo or video of a person, you must have their consent to post it.
- If you tag or name a sponsor, partner or other Page, the post must be true.
- If you send a link to another site, we read that page to write your posts. You must have the right to share what is on it.
If someone tells us that your material uses their work without permission, we can take the post down while we look into it.
4. Platform rules
Each account you connect has its own rules. You must follow them as well as this policy:
- Facebook: Meta Terms of Service and Community Standards
- Instagram: Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
- YouTube: Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- TikTok: Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
You must connect only accounts and Pages that you own or have the right to manage. You must not use OneSend to get around a limit, ban or rule that a platform put on your account. If a platform removes a post or limits your account, that is between you and the platform. We help where we can.
5. AI-written posts and your approval
OneSend uses AI to write posts and, when you ask, to make pictures. AI can make mistakes. It can get a date, a name or a price wrong.
- You are responsible for every post that goes out from your account, including posts that the AI wrote.
- If you choose to approve posts first, read each post before you approve it.
- If you choose a mode where posts go out without your approval, you accept that posts go out on the schedule. Check your calendar and stop a wrong post before its time.
- You must not ask OneSend to write material that this policy does not allow. OneSend can refuse to write it, or hold the post for review.
- Some platforms ask you to label pictures or videos made by AI. You must follow those rules.
6. Accounts and security
- Keep your password private. Do not share one login between people. Ask us to add each person who needs access.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else used your account.
- Only send material to your OneSend email address from email accounts that you control.
- You must not try to get into another customer's account, test or attack the service, copy the service, or use scripts or bots on it.
- You must not resell OneSend or let another business use your account unless we agree in writing.
7. What we do
We can look at your material and your posts to run the service and to check this policy. We do not check every post, and we do not promise to find every problem. You stay responsible for your posts.
If we think that you broke this policy, we can do one or more of these things:
- Hold or delete a post before it goes out.
- Ask you to remove a post that already went out.
- Switch off posting for your account until the problem is fixed.
- Stop the service and close your account. For a serious or repeated problem, we can do this without notice.
- Report the matter to the platform or to the police when the law needs it or when someone is at risk.
When we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You are responsible for any cost, claim or fine that comes from material that you sent us or posts that you approved.
8. Reports, contact and changes
To report a post made with OneSend, or to ask about this policy, email [email protected]. Tell us the account, the post and the problem.
We can change this policy. If we make a big change, we email account owners before it applies. The date at the top shows the last change.
The laws of British Columbia, Canada apply to this policy.
