Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use OneSend, a product of Delcaro Media.

The service

OneSend writes social media posts from what you send us and publishes them to the accounts you connect.

Your content

You own your content. You give OneSend permission to use it to make and publish your posts. You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, videos and text you send us.

Your approval

If you choose to approve first, nothing goes out without your OK. If you choose another mode, you agree that posts go out on the schedule.

Platform rules

You must follow the terms of each platform you connect. We are not responsible if a platform removes a post or limits an account.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

Price

The price is set in your agreement with Delcaro Media.

Stopping

You or we can stop the service at any time by email. We then stop posting and delete your information as our Privacy Policy says.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Delcaro Media's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.

Law

The laws of British Columbia, Canada apply to these terms.
