Delete Your Data

Version 2026-10-06. Last updated 6 October 2026

This page tells you how to delete the data OneSend holds about you and your business.

Delete it in OneSend

  1. Sign in to OneSend as the owner of the account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. In Delete this account, select Delete account.
  4. Type the name of your workspace to confirm, then select Delete everything.

We send you an email when the deletion is done.

Ask us by email

Email [email protected] from the email address of your OneSend account. Ask us to delete your data. We check that the request comes from the account email, then we delete the data for you. You can also write to us at Delcaro Media, 5710 Atlin Ave, Kitchener, BC V0B 1W1.

What we delete

  • We stop all posts and email.
  • We disconnect your social accounts and delete the access keys the networks gave us.
  • We delete your workspace: business details, posts, photos, videos, and numbers.
  • If you ask by email, we also delete your sign-in.

How long it takes

  • The deletion starts when you confirm it.
  • Copies in our backups are gone after 35 days.
  • Technical logs are gone after 90 days.
  • The log of email we sent and got for your account is gone after 395 days.
  • If our safety checks flagged material as possible child sexual abuse material in the last 21 days, we stop your posts and email at once. We hold that material until the 21 days end, so we can report it as the law requires. Then we delete the rest.

Remove OneSend from Facebook

  1. On Facebook, open Settings and Privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Apps and Websites.
  3. Find OneSend and select Remove.

This takes back the access you gave OneSend on Facebook. It does not delete the data OneSend holds. To delete that data, use one of the ways above.

Read our Privacy Policy for more about how we handle your data.
