Answer messages in the inbox
Read the comments on your posts and reply to them from OneSend.
Read the steps
- The Inbox shows comments on your posts. The newest comments come first.
- Each comment shows who wrote it and on which network.
- If you do not want to reply, tap Mark read.
- To answer, tap Reply.
- Write your answer.
- Tap Send reply. We check it, then post it on the network.
Good to know
- Your reply must fit the limit of the network, for example 2,000 characters on Facebook and 2,200 on Instagram.
- You can reply to a comment one time. Your reply shows under the comment.
- The Inbox shows 25 comments at a time. Tap Older comments to see more.
Not working?
You see "We cannot send this reply. Try different words."
We check each reply. Change the words and send it again.
Your reply shows "It did not post" with a reason.
Read the reason. If a page is logged out, log in to that page again in Settings.
You see "No comments yet."
When someone comments on one of your posts, it shows up here.
