Learn where we keep your data, who else handles it, and how long we keep it.
We keep and run OneSend in Canada. Amazon Web Services stores your data in its Montreal region. We copy backups to its Calgary region.
Some things leave Canada. We send your text and photos to AI model providers to write posts. A safety check in the United States looks at drafts and uploads. Your posts go to the social networks you connect.
Our Privacy Policy lists every company that handles your data.
Good to know
- When you delete your account, backups are gone after 35 days.
- Technical logs are gone after 90 days.
- Approve links in our emails stop working after 7 days.
