Approve posts
Read each post we wrote, then approve it or skip it. Nothing goes out until you approve.
Read the steps
- Your new posts wait in Approvals. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
- The list shows every post that waits. Tap a post to open it.
- Each post looks the way it will look on the network. Read it.
- Tap Next › to read the next post.
- If you like a post, tap Approve. We pick the best time to post it.
- If you do not want a post, tap Do not post this. We ask you once more.
Good to know
- You and your helpers can approve posts. A post you approve shows on the Calendar with its time.
- Do not post this ends the post. You cannot undo it.
- A post marked Check first has a note with a reason. You can still approve it. See "Why a post is on hold".
Not working?
Approve shows a message about a picture on an Instagram post.
Instagram needs a picture. Add one under the post, then tap Approve.
A message says the post changed while you looked at it.
Reload the page and try again.
You see "You are all caught up."
No post waits for you. New posts show up a few minutes after you send something on Home.
