Change a post's words or picture
Change the words or the picture of a post before it goes out.
Read the steps
- To change the words, tap Change the words under the post.
- Type your changes. The count shows the limit for that network.
- Tap Save to keep your words. We check them again.
- To change the picture, tap Upload from this device and pick a file.
- Or tap Pick from my photos to use a photo you added before.
- Make a picture for me makes a card with your words on your brand colour.
Good to know
- You and your helpers can change a post. You can change it on Approvals, or on the Calendar until it goes out.
- Each network has its own limit for words, for example 2,000 characters on Facebook and 2,200 on Instagram. The count shows it while you type.
- AI pictures are an add-on, and it is off unless we turn it on for you. Without it, Make a picture for me makes a card. The card has your words on your brand colour and your business name.
- To take a picture off a post, tap the "Remove photo" button. Instagram needs a picture. If you remove it, pick or make a new one before you approve.
Not working?
You see "We saved it, but it breaks our rules, so it will not post."
Read the reason, change the words, and save again. We check the new words.
Save does not work.
Your post is over the limit for the network, or it is empty. Make the post shorter.
Pick from my photos is not there.
You have not added any photos yet. Tap Upload from this device first.
The new picture takes a long time.
Wait a minute and look again. The picture shows on the post when it is ready.
