Add photos, a link or a file

Add photos, videos, voice notes, PDFs or links to your request, and we use them in your posts.

Read the steps

Start on Home, in Create posts.
To add photos, tap Add photos, then pick your files.
What you can add: You can add photos, MP4 or MOV videos, voice notes and PDFs. You can add up to 10 files.
To add a link, tap Add a link.
Paste your link in the box. We read the page.
Tap Create posts. We write from your link and put your photos on the posts.
Instagram: Instagram always needs a picture. If you add no photo, we make one for you.

Good to know

You can add up to 10 photos or files and up to 5 links in one request.
Photos can be JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 25 MB each. PDFs can be up to 25 MB.
Videos can be MP4 or MOV, up to 1 GB. Voice notes can be MP3 or M4A, up to 50 MB.
Start each link with https://. To add more than one link, put a space between them.
Your workspace can upload 20 GB and 1,000 files each month. You can upload again on the 1st of next month.
Your files show on the Photos page.
If a post for Instagram has no photo, we make a plain card with the post's words on your brand colour.
AI pictures are an add-on. They are off at first. To turn them on, write to us.

You see "Send a photo (JPEG, PNG, HEIC), a video (MP4, MOV), a voice note, or a PDF."

Use one of those file types.

You see "That file is too large." or "Videos can be up to 1 GB."

Use a smaller file. Photos and PDFs can be 25 MB. Voice notes can be 50 MB.

You see "The upload stopped. Check your connection and try again."

Check your connection, then tap Create posts again.

You see "One of the links does not look right. Start it with https://"

Paste the whole address, starting with https://. Put a space between links.
