Create posts

Tell us what to post about, and we write the posts. You check each one before it goes out.

Read the steps

Start on Home, in Create posts.
Write what you want to post about. A few lines is enough.
Under Post to, tap a page to turn it off.
Under How many, pick 1 to 7 posts for each page.
Under How long, pick Short, Medium or Long.
Tap Create posts. The button shows how many posts we write.
In two to three minutes, your posts are in Approvals. Read each one, then tap Approve.

Good to know

You can write up to 10,000 characters, add up to 5 links, and add up to 10 photos or files.
You and your helpers can both use Create posts.
Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Your workspace can have 400 posts each month. Each post on each page counts. The count starts again next month.
If you use all 400 posts, we write no new posts and we email you.
To lead up to a day, tap Add a date. The page Plan posts for an event shows how.

The button is grey and you see "Pick a page to post to."

Tap a page under Post to to turn it on. If you have no pages, connect one on the Pages tab in Settings.

You see "That is too long. Keep it under 10,000 characters."

Cut your text, then tap Create posts again.

Your posts are not in Approvals after 3 minutes.

Look under Your recent requests on Home. It shows where your request is.

You get an email that says "You reached this month's post limit".

Send your request again next month. If you need more posts, write to us.
