Cancel your plan
Stop your paid plan from the Settings page. Posting pauses when you cancel.
You can cancel your plan at any time. When you cancel, we stop billing your card and we pause posting.
Your account stays open. You can start the plan again later.
- Open Settings.
- In the Plan card, tap Cancel plan.
- Tap Yes, cancel and pause posting to confirm.
Good to know
- Only the owner can cancel a plan. Helpers cannot.
- After you cancel, the Plan card says your plan is cancelled and posting is paused.
- To post again, start the plan again in Settings. You add your card again.
Not working?
You do not see Cancel plan.
Sign in as the owner. If you have no paid plan, there is nothing to cancel.
Your last payment did not go through.
Tap Change card in Settings to add a new card. Your plan keeps working while the payment is retried.
