Prices and the free month

See what OneSend costs, how the free month works, and how to start a plan.

Your first month is free. You do not need a card. The free month lasts 30 days from the day you make your account.

After that, you pay each month. The Business plan costs CA$149 a month plus tax. The Nonprofit plan costs CA$79 a month plus tax.

When you make your account, you pick Business or Nonprofit. That choice sets your price.

Open Settings. The Plan card shows how many free days are left.
Tap the button that starts your plan. It shows the plan name and the price.
Add your card on the page that opens. A Canadian payment company called Helcim takes your card.

Good to know

Each plan writes up to 400 posts a month. After 400, we write no new posts until the next month.
Only the owner can start a plan. Helpers cannot see the Plan card.
If you add your card during the free month, we charge it after the free month ends.
If the free month ends and you have no plan, we write no new posts until you pick a plan.

A message says payments are not set up yet.

Email [email protected] and we start your plan for you.

Your last payment did not go through.

Open Settings and tap Change card. Add a new card to keep posting.
