Get help from a person
Ask Ori a question, or write to our team with the form in Help.
Ori is the round chat button on every page. Ask Ori any question about OneSend.
If you want a person, use the form in Help. A person reads each message and answers by email. We answer most days within one business day.
- Open Help in the menu.
- Under What is it about?, pick A question, Something is broken, My plan or bill or A suggestion.
- Fill in Your name, Your email and your message.
- Tap Send to the team.
Good to know
- Each workspace can send Ori 300 messages a month.
- If you use all 300, Ori tells you to use the form.
Not working?
Ori does not answer.
